But we can only do this with your assistance, because ...... if we get infected we are out of action for at least 2 weeks.
Call 6655 1098 to make appointments as usual or book online from this page - but be clear with reception if you have any health issues or have been in contact with anyone infected with COVID-19.
Upon arriving please stay in your car and call reception - you will be directed then whether you can come in or wait for a staff member. If the weather is hot as unlikely as that seems, you may self isolate with your pet on the lawn as long as you stay away from other humans.
Remember the 2 person rule. This applies here too. If more than 1 person accompanies a pet then there is no option to have a vet or nurse involved, so you might as well stay at home. So please - 1 person per pet maximum.
We must limit both proximity and time spent with clients to reduce risk of exposure, so please keep that in mind also.
For any repeat prescriptions, flea/tick or food pickups please phone ahead. Upon arrival stay in your car and call, and you will receive further directions. Please note - we are advising owners with pets that require long term medication to have around a month worth of supplies on hand. We will not facilitate "stock piling" so please don't ask.
For more complete explanations and other COVID-19 related information please go to the Covid-19 Info - "Don't Panic" tab in the navigation bar above.
